Terrien's marginal degeneration: Clinical case

SUMMARY

The authors describe one case of Terrien's Marginal Degeneration in a patient, female, 10 years old with complaints of low visual acuity in the right eye and prolapsed iris at the superior margin of the cornea. The choosen treatment was corneal "patch" with reduction of most of the iris segment with recovering of normal pupil form.
