Abstract:

This work identifies and analyzes the interaction patterns among social actors and the specific character they assign to rural development dynamics based on Agroecology. In this regard, a comparative analysis between two cases of agroecological transition of Pernambuco state was performed, revealing that it is possible to identify factors that qualitatively leads to differences between concrete cases, as well as that such factors could induce more or less sustainable dynamics over the time.
