Ética, loucura e normalização: um diálogo entre a psicanálise e Michel Foucault

Michel Foucault approach the subjects of madness, knowledge, power and ethics from critical perspective about disciplinary society and the normalization produced by Psychiatric and the Psychoanaliysis. This article argues, mainly through Joel Birman’s contribuition, that the recover of critical point of view of Foucault in relation of Pychoanalysis could make possible a renovated clinical practice in relation of psycotic disorders and the question of citizenship. The absorption by Psychoanalysis of the foucault’s criticism turn easier the adoption of a new attitude towards an effective action to the care of madness, in detriment of yours action while knowledge and exercise of power over these practice.
