Faced with increasingly complex international system, raises the need for new conceptual tools that contribute to a better understanding of global reality. In this context, attaches special importance to strengthening Latin American perspective by introducing the notion of quodlibet strategy with the aim of analyzing the growing and multifaceted presence of emerging powers in global decision-making levels.
