Abstract
This article aims to provide an analysis of the possibilities of applying the right to disconnect from work, in the molds of French labor law, in the Brazilian legal system, considering the socio-legal and cultural characteristics that culminated in the current conformation of labor relations in the country. Based on this, the text demonstrates the essentiality of the right to disconnect in the context of labor in the Digital Age.
