The study discuss the findings of a research realized with 120 young students in four higs-schools in the city of Recife. The main objective of the study was to observe what the young people knows about sexual education and sexual transmissible diseases. The data identified that the young people unknow the means of prevention, control and treatment of the sexual transmissible diseases. Therefore, they are vunerable to them. The study also identified that all orientation about sexual diseases are given to the young people by the schools and families and they learn about sex life through their schoolmates. Based on the data research the authours proposed recomendation and suggestions to the families, schools, religions institutions, students and the society as a whole
