The present exploratory study aims at analysing a population of 493 male and female schoolchildren and adolescents, with age ranging from 7 to 18 years old, attending three Youth Centers and a Professional Training Center located in the south region of São Paulo, Brazil. The interest on body function and sexuality disclosed by those subjects led to the developing of a Sexual Orientation Program by the University Extension Project "Corporality and Health", fostered by the Universidade Federal de São Paulo - UNIFESP.
