The author studies Jorge Lobo's mycosis, considering the epidemiological and clinical aspects of the disease. In the author's opinion, the dizeace must not be called chelcidal blastomycosis as, in his experience, five clinical forms can be detected: infiltrative, chelcidjorm, gomous, ulcerative and verrucous.
