Em MÉTODOS - no final do último parágrafo - o nível de significância saiu publicado como p>0.05, mas o correto deveria ser p<0.05. Também, no início deste parágrafo faltou a palavra "with" antes de "the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test".

Em DISCUSSÃO - no 2º. parágrafo - onde se lê, phenothiazes; leia-se, phenothiazines.

Para maior clareza, seguem abaixo os dois parágrafos corrigidos.

In METHODS - at the end of the last paragraph - level of significance was published as p>0.05, which should be corrected to p<0.05. Also at the beginning of this paragraph the word "with" is missing before "the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test".

In DISCUSSION - in the 2nd paragraph - the word "phenothiazes" should be changed to "phenothiazines".

The two corrected paragraphs are listed below for clarification:

In METHODS:

The obtained data were analyzed with the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The data distribution was tested with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. The variables with a normal distribution were analyzed using parametric tests and the variables with a significant deviation from the normal distribution were analyzed using non-parametric test. The significance level was set at p<0.05 (two-tailed). Ophthalmic data were described considering two eyes for each patient.

In DISCUSSION:

No patients who were using typical antipsychotic drugs had raised intraocular pressure. Reid et al (1976) found that even in patients taking high levels of typical antipsychotics there was no IOP increasing(3). Actually, phenothiazines have a low potential to induce intraocular pressure abnormalities by mydriasis since they have weak anticholinergic proprieties(15). In addition, gonioscopy showed open angle in all patients of this study, which could have favored not to find IOP increase in these patients on typical antipsychotic drugs, once they did not have anatomically predisposed eyes.
