ERRATA

Pesquisa Agropecuária Brasileira, v.46, n.7, p.736-742, jul. 2011", devem ser feitas as seguintes correções:

1) Na Tabela 1, onde se lê "g kg^-1", leia-se "g por 100 g".

2) Na 4ª linha da conclusão 1, onde se lê "alimentare", leia-se "alimentar".
